Starting therapy can be overwhelming. It’s our goal to make it as simple as possible. Please feel free to call us with any questions. Below is a list of frequently asked questions for your reference.
Does counseling actually help?
If you’re uncertain that counseling can help, our suggestion is to try it once. The truth is we tend to prolong doing things we are uncertain about. If you have been thinking about finding someone to talk to, or wishing you could learn to manage yourself and your stress more effectively, schedule a consultation. What’s the worst that can happen? Throughout the years we’ve had very few people that started therapy and chose not to return. Most people are surprised to learn what therapy is actually like. Our Online Therapists strive to be approachable and genuine. We don’t over complicate the simple things. Simple put, we have the professional training and experience to teach people tools that let them live better lives. We are passionate about teaching people the skills and helping them be successful.

How much does an online therapy session cost?
Our current session price is $150.
Why do you not accept insurance?
Because we got sick of playing the insurance game. While there are some good insurance companies out there, we’ve found that most are more difficult to deal with than they are worth. We’ve learned we can better focus on providing exceptional care if we are not spending our time fighting insurance companies for payment.
Can I use my Out Of Network benefits?
We are more than happy to assist you in trying to take advantage of your out of network benefits. While we do not participate or directly communicate with insurance panels, we can provide you with a superbill (receipt of your payment for the treatment you received) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Out of network benefits vary from insurance plans.
What is your cancellation policy?
We are anxious to serve everyone that calls us. If we’ve scheduled a session with you, that means we’ve said no to someone else.

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee.
